How to apply for the Trinity Group Loyalty Card:

 

Simply go into any participating Trinity Group Holdings site (see list below) and sign up with staff, it takes just a couple of minutes.  You will immediately be issued your personal loyalty card, and can start using it straight away.  It’s that easy!!

 

Loyalty Benefits:

 

  • Current benefits and discounts:

  • 5% of all your purchases will be added to your points system (Loyalty points) each time you use your card. Redeemable for purchases at participating sites.

  • 5% of all your purchases will be discounted (exclusions are not discounted)

  • Food and Beverage discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other specials on the same products.

  • Trinity Group Holdings holds the right to alter the benefits of the loyalty card by adding or removing any feature at any time. 

  • Maximum benefit:  The maximum total benefit a card holder can receive in any one transaction (with discounts and loyalty points accumulated) is $200.00 Total

 

Terms and Conditions:

 

  • All promotions and discounts are at Trinity Group Holdings discretion.

  • Loyalty points are only redeemable if the full details of the card holder have been entered into the system.  There MUST be a name registered to the card to redeem points.

  • Loyalty card benefits are only available at participating Trinity Group Holdings sites.  See list below for participating sites.

  • You must be over 18yrs to hold a loyalty card. Management hold the right of refusal for entry or a loyalty card to any person.

  • EXCLUSIONS: Excludes accommodation, cigarettes and off license purchases (where applicable) and any other product deemed to be excluded by the provider.

  • Benefits and discounts are not offered on products that are already on special (EG happy hour, drink promotion, free or discounted promotions)

  • IMPORTANT information for expiry of points: Loyalty Points must be redeemed within 6 months of earning them (From the date the points are earned), or they expire.  

  • We must maintain all legal obligations under all Acts and laws.

  • The loyalty card does NOT give priority entry to any site. You must be over 18yrs to enter a site. Management hold the right of refusal.

  • Benefits apply to the card holder only, and card is non-transferable to any other person

  • You must provide the card to staff as you pay to receive the benefits.  “No Card, No benefits!”

  • Lost cards are replaced at a cost of $5 to the card holder.

  • Trinity Group Holdings holds the right to alter the benefits of the loyalty card by adding or removing any feature at any time. 

  • Maximum benefit:  The maximum total benefit a card holder can receive in any one transaction (with discounts and loyalty points accumulated) is $200.00 Total

  • Abuse of the card privileges or anti-social behavior will result in the card being cancelled.  Drink responsibly

  • Trinity Group Holdings employees cannot participate or benefit from the Loyalty card benefits or promotions in any way
